The Friend Without the Benefit
Shay and Rochelle have had a kind of cold war brewing with each other for years. The competition between them finally reaches its apex when they wrestle for total authority. Check out Part 2 of Friends Without Benefits in Stories.
If you’d like a longer preview that includes a recap of some of the events so far, read on…
Shay and Rochelle have always gotten along. Yet, they’ve always been competitive with each other.
Shay first met Rochelle in the opening round of the Hall of Fame scissor contest, years ago. She defeated Rochelle, earning her respect and her friendship… and if you saw the end of that contest, you know it may have been a little more.
However, as Rochelle’s struggles grew, it became apparent that there was something else going on. A neck injury.
She rehabilitated herself with her physiotherapist, Elina. Weeks of recovery led to weeks of matches. Then it became clear: Rochelle’s neck had healed.
In her wake, there were many defeated women: Deloris, Candace and even Elina herself could not match Rochelle’s strength and none could test her recovered neck.
Next up? Revenge. Rochelle conquered EVERYONE who had taken advantage of her injured neck. She crushed the new Queen herself, Shalene, multiple times over. She earned her own spot in the Hall of Fame by breaking Layla’s deadly scissor and squashing her into submission.
Since then Rochelle had already defeated Shay multiple times. She redeemed herself by defeating Shay in a double scissor (which Shay disputed) and took control of the bedroom when she dominated Shay in front of her husband, as a birthday present gone wrong (or perhaps, right?).
Ever since then Tay has had eyes on Rochelle. She rejected his secret advances, then accepted them and then rejected them again. While Shay’s husband has obsessed over Rochelle, he’s neglected his own wife; and she’s noticed.
Shay may not know what’s going on, but she knows what Tay wants: Rochelle. And she’s prepared to give it to him. But on HER terms. Under HER dominance. Not like last time. This time it will be different. Or at least that’s what she’s been telling herself.
She clings to the remains of her marriage with a desperate grip. Now she wants the very same friend who has been going behind her back to help give Tay back to her. She appears completely unaware of the irony.
Still, Rochelle resisted. While Shay didn’t realize why she resisted, Rochelle didn’t realize just how desperate Shay had become. She quite literally squeezed Rochelle into agreeing to a redux of their last private match for Tay.
But this time will be different indeed. Rochelle won’t be holding back. It’s clear that Shay is only looking out for Shay. Rochelle let Shay use her to impress Tay last time. Not this time. This time she’s upset.
This time it’s not just Shay’s husband watching.
This time it’s a man that loves her.
The scary part? It’s man Rochelle thinks she just might love back. She tried to stay away, but Shay pulled her back in. She’d better be careful what she asks for.
If Tay loves seeing female dominance on display, then that’s exactly what he’ll get.
The gloves are off. Both women will dress to impress and wrestle harder than they ever have.
They’ve always been friends but they’ve never lived to serve one another.
For the woman that loses this match in front of Tay? That’s all about to change.
