Owen vs Tonya

It’s on!

Both participants showed up and both participants had no complaints this time about the rules: Pins only, best out of 3 to win.

Tonya looked confident. Owen looked annoyed at having to acquiesce to her set of rules.

They picked up right where they left off — Tonya scored a double-leg takedown and crawled aboard her male opponent. Within seconds, he was in trouble.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7…

He wasn’t going to make it easy this time. He turned, barely managing to get a shoulder up. She pinned him right back down again.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5…

He turned again, this time turning all the way over. Tonya was frustrated, but still on top. She yanked and pulled, fighting to get him back over on his back. 

“This is bullshit!”, Owen grumbled as he fought to avoid getting turned over.

No doubt he didn’t appreciate her fleshy curves as much when she was using them to pin him down and defeat him. Turtling was no long term strategy and it was just a matter of time before she got him over again.

1… 2… 3…

He turns again.

She slides up and cushions his face between her thighs in a tight schoolgirl pin.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 

He turns again, but this time she manages to keep him down. 

9… 10!

Tonya scores another pinfall on Owen. It certainly looked like she had his number when it came to pins.

When they faced off for the next round, it was more of the same. Owen tried to go on offense first, but Tonya’s heavy lower base made it hard to get her off her feet. Before he knew it, Tonya was right on top again.

Owen fought to turn again, while Tonya pushed back. Both were wearing down.

Owen flipped over onto his stomach. He knew he couldn’t turtle again this time, so he slid out.

Now it was Owen on Tonya’s back. Tonya was now tired from fighting off Owen and he managed to battle her into pinning position.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9… 10!

Owen scores a pin to even the score.

By this point, Owen was re-energized and Tonya was tired from expending so much energy in her previous pin attempts against a temperamental and resistant Owen.

Tonya managed to get on top again early, but she was too slow to close off the pin and Owen escaped her mount. He plowed her over and snapped on a cross-body pin.

1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7…

Tonya pushes her way up..

but it didn’t last.

8… 9… 10!

Owen eventually scored the next pin, earning him the 2 to 1 victory in their best of 3 match. This wasn’t a penalty round match, but Owen gave Tonya quite the verbal scolding afterwards.

Tonya will need to improve her conditioning if she wants to win more multi-round matches. She did well against Mel, but that was a case where she was at an advantage with Mel already being thoroughly worn down by leggy Carina.

Owen gets back to his winning ways with an impressive victory where he used his opponents own rule set against her.

Kudos to Owen.
