On paper, this might look like a tough match for Candace, but anyone who's seen her wrestle knows she'll give Terri all she can handle. Candace has more wrestling experience, but Terri is certainly the superior athlete. Candace will look to make up for her size and strength disadvantage with her tenacity. One would assume that Terri has the better scissors, but we've seen Candace use her legs to overpower bigger women before. Candace has been veering in and out of the top 5 -- this match could be her chance to earn multiple submissions and make her way up the rankings. Terri wants to show that she belongs at the top of the rankings, and beating Candace would be a big statement in doing so.

Full disclosure: We were a little worried when we gave Terri this schedule. She wanted 2 matches, back-to-back.
That’s great for us, as far as putting out more matches; but risky for her. Not just the volume, but who she was going to be wrestling.
Candace is a tough opponent for anyone on any day. Let alone a day where you have to wrestle 2 Multi-Round matches and they both have guaranteed penalties at the end. Finally it was time to find out whether Terri’s risk would pay off.
Candace had an intelligent strategy to start out with — she launched herself at Terri to try and negate the size advantage and bring it down to the mats.
It backfired.
Just like almost everything Candace tried in this match, Terri shrugged it off.
Too big. Too powerful. Too athletic.
Terri crushed Candace’s head with front, side and reverse headscissors, mounting up points for her ranking, just as she’d planned.
Candace has never been one to give up easily, so we were stunned to see the frustrated young beauty call it off after feeling the power of Terri’s thighs more than once.
A tough loss for Candace after having a near-victory against #1 ranked Christina.
Terri made the smart choice of not expending too much of her time and energy on offense during the penalty round. The only remaining question was whether her success would carry over to her next match with Nia? Check out this page to see what happened next.
